30 minute session with a clinical assessor to understand and meet your needs

Your introductory session with your counsellor where contracting takes place
We created Strive in order to make counselling more affordable for everyone. Online counselling offers greater flexibility for both clients and counsellors, meaning we can offer our services to the whole of the UK with the very best, hand-picked counsellors at a fraction of the price of private therapy or BetterHelp.
Clinical assessment
Our 30-minute Clinical Assessment fee is refunded to you at session 12, and is payable at the point of booking through our system.
strive core
Our standard counselling sessions cost £25 per 50-minute session. You can manage your own bookings online with just 48 hours notice.
Strive pro
To meet your needs, Strive Pro offers sessions with experienced, fully qualified counsellors on the same terms priced at £50 per session.
