Book yourself in for your assessment with a qualified counsellor, using our simple booking tool, at a time that suits you
Assessment
You’ll meet your clinical assessor online, where they will get to know a bit about you and why you are seeking counselling at this time
Matching
We’ll tell you whether you’re a match for our Core or Pro service, and introduce you to your counsellor with instructions on how to book your first session
Book Session
You’ll receive a link to book your first session with your counsellor, after which you can choose between the same or different slots each week
First Session
